Grayscale Raises $7.5M to Continue Transforming High-Volume Hiring
When Hubert and I founded Grayscale, we did so with the goal of helping make the hiring process more human for candidates and recruiters. Early on, we found the real hero in our story – the most underserved member of a talent acquisition org – recruiters focused on high-volume and hourly hiring.
Over the past 4 years, we've been focused deeply on serving high-volume hiring teams, supporting them with simple, effective tools that make their lives easier and help them provide a best-in-class candidate experience. Our SMS-first hiring platform accelerates and automates hiring and onboarding. This helps teams speed up hiring outcomes, by reducing candidate ghosting, and create more human experiences for hourly, enterprise hiring.
Today, Grayscale serves nearly 400 amazing brands like Hershey's, Chobani, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Wayfair, Amazon, DoorDash, GardaWorld, and Samsung, and we're just getting started.
We're Doubling Down on Our Mission
Over the past 12 months, we've more than doubled our customer base, grown revenues by 2.5x, and doubled our team size. I believe this is a testament to our team's hard work and focus, and I'm grateful to work alongside such amazing people in support of our wonderful customers.
To better serve our customers, we recently closed our $7.5M Series A, led by Atlanta Ventures and with support from Overline and Jon Hallett. We're thrilled to announce that Rob Forman, co-founder, and president of SalesLoft, has joined our board. I couldn't be happier with the investors we have around our table as we enter the next phase of our business.
We will use this capital to accelerate the value we're delivering to our customers by investing in our product and building out our team. We'll be hiring in all areas of our business, including enterprise sales, product, engineering, and customer success. HERE is a full list of our openings.

Grayscale Raises $3.25m to Help Make High Volume Hiring More Human
We’re thrilled to announce that Grayscale has raised a $3.25M Seed round. This is a big milestone for the company -- and we can’t wait to put the funds to good use in supporting our amazing customers.
Over the past year, Grayscale has grown by 425%, helping hundreds of growing businesses like Amazon, Wayfair, Peloton and DoorDash streamline their high volume hiring – creating greater transparency in the hiring process and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Our customers have created a more human-centric hiring process for nearly 2M candidates to date – and we’re just getting started.
This round was led by Atlanta Ventures, and we couldn’t be more excited about this partnership. David Cummings, Jon Birdsong, and the team have helped support Grayscale from the beginning, from offering me an extra desk when I was starting out, to introducing me to my co-founder, Hubert Liu, who was previously on staff with Atlanta Ventures. Trust is built over time, and we couldn't have found better value-aligned partners to support us on this journey.

Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce investment from Rob Forman and Kyle Porter (SalesLoft Co-Founders), and Edwin Marcial (Former CTO at Intercontinental Exchange).
