This change is both exciting and terrifying, and requires a high degree of discernment in navigating the rapidly changing landscape.
In his book Small is Beautiful, economist E.F. Schumacher argues that systems should prioritize resilience and human dignity over sheer output. We agree with his assessment, and this approach has become our guiding philosophy toward AI at Grayscale.

For recruiters, we augment their capabilities, automated routine admin tasks, while keeping them in the driver seat. For hiring managers, Gracie helps eliminate frustrating bottlenecks and simplify what’s needed. For candidates, Gracie acts as a candidate concierge, answering questions, helping candidates apply, and driving greater transparency with giving regular status updates.

AI must be easy to deploy and flexible enough to meet you where you are. Not all companies are ready to go all-in on AI (nor should they be). You need an easy way to dial up or back AI based on learnings and evolving business needs.
To start, Grayscale can be deployed with zero AI capabilities enabled. If you’re not ready for AI yet, we’ve got you. On the other end of the spectrum, if you’re looking to fully automate your process with AI, you can do that as well. Most of our customers start small and then scale up, eventually automated 90%+ of their process.
